Minimum Order Charge

• Minimum order is $20.00.  All orders under$20.00 will be charged an extra of $2.00 for processing fee to the invoice amount.

Pricing, Payment Terms & Policies

• Office Land reserves the right to update prices, product specifications, and policies without prior notice. (Call for current price and spec.)
• Dealer resale tax exempt number be supplied by all customers, otherwise applicable sales tax will be added to the invoice amount.
• All orders are C.O.D. pre-approved credit card. ($1.00 fee for under $20.00 credit card payment)
• Company check or net terms must be approved by Office Land. (Ask for credit application from sales Rep.)
• All returned checks will be charged a processing fee of $10.00 per check.

Freight Policy

• Office Land ships all packages through UPS. No mail.
• Every carton of the order must be inspected upon receipt. If there is any sign of damage or shortage, notify the carrier immediately for an inspection report as the basis of any claim.

Return of Merchandise

• All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. Freight will only be credited for Office Land's errors.
• All return packages must be accompanied with return authorization numbers provided by Office Land.
• Return items must be in salable condition for credit, and will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless Office Land's error.
• Special order items, electronic parts items, books, software are not returnable.
• No return will be accepted after 15 days of sale.
• Please provide the invoice number, the parts number, the quantity you return and the reason for the return.
• O. E. M. drums (Except Mita, Royal Copystar) have NO WARRANT by Office Land.
